How do I request to Port Out?

Has a written notice been given to both the landlord and your housing specialist stating you want to move?

• If the response is no -
  • You will need to submit a Notice of Intent to Vacate form signed by you and the current landlord to their housing specialist.
  • If the response is yes -
    • You will just need to complete a Port Out Request form and submit which will be forwarded to your housing specialist.
